Prosoma brown-red, pars cephalica slightly lighter, eye region black, large, dark lines radiating from large, black fovea. Chelicerae brown, with 3 teeth on pro- and retromargin each. Palps: Patellar apophysis not divided and neither concave nor plane (in contrast to C. pabulator and C. pastor). Bulb with pointed lever ventral of conductor.
