Arctosa villica  (Lucas, 1846)

Description

Prosoma yellow-brown, whitish median and lateral stripes, median stripe slightly widened, V-shaped, vague anteriorly, with narrow dark line in head region. Lateral stripes with 3-4 brown marginal spots and with 2-3 distinct spots. Sternum yellowish. Legs red-yellow. Femur with 2 or 3 brown rings. Opisthosoma provided with fine, yellowish hairs, and several red-brown stout hairs. Narrow, lancet-shaped median stripe in anterior half, flanked by dark spots. Dark spots indicate triangular patterns in posterior half. Laterally and ventrally yellowish.
