Male palp with robust basal tubercles on radix. Epigyne with strongly sclerotised posterior margin of epigynal pit, 3-4 times as wide as diameter of pit. Prosoma brown, with dark margin. Sternum dark brown, with black margin. Legs brown. Femur and tibia with dark brown to black spots. Opisthosoma with folium and median black stripes, ventrally anteriorly to spinnerets a black stripe with slender white margin.
Body length male: 2.5-4.9 mmOften in dry habitats, pine forests, holm oak forests, maquis, dunes, also in grasslands, on river banks and under stones.
