Pardosa atomaria  (C. L. Koch, 1847)

Description

Embolic division with sickle-shaped distal process. Tegual apophysis slender. Receptaculum seminis distinctly separated from posterior margin of the septum. Prosoma rich in contrast. Median band broad, with constriction.

Additional information

The status of Pardosa atomaria, P. strigillata Simon, 1876 and P. tatarica (Thorell, 1875) is controversial after Pantini & Isaia (2015). They do not list P. atomaria for Sardinia in their checklist. It may also be present on Corsica (Buchar & Thaler, 2002).
