Description
Male

Colour and pattern as in female, but smaller.

Female

Prosoma brownish-yellow, with slight, narrow indentation in the medial line. Sternum oval. Opisthosoma yellow-white, covered in fine, whitish hairs, with dark brown pattern. Prosoma length: 2.5 mm, prosoma width: 1.8 mm.

Distribution comment: Limited to Madeira, Porto Santo and the Azores; citations from Portugal, Italy and the Balkans probably refer to other species of the genevensis group (Bosmans et al. 2017b); the record from Latvia is presumably based on a misidentification.
