Description
Male

Pale species. Tibial spines 2221, no dorsal spine on Metatarsus I and II, T Mt I 0.30, T Mt IV absent. Serrated paracymbium, high number of teeth on paracymbium (ca. 24, versus 13-15 longer ones in C. acutidentatus and C. obenbergeri). Eyes fairly small and reduced compared to epigean Centromerus species. Size of eyes variable.

Body length male: 1.79 mm
Female

Pale species. Tibial spines 2221, no dorsal spine on Metatarsus I and II, T Mt I 0.34, T Mt IV absent. Epigyne and vulva 1.6 times wider than long. Vulva resembles those of C. acutidentatus and C. obenbergeri, but with different proportions and curvature of ducts, in particular the lateral ones. Eyes fairly small and reduced compared to epigean Centromerus species. Size of eyes variable.

Body length female: 1.37-2.03 mm
Additional information

Lives in caves. Previous records of C. sylvaticus from the Balearic Isles belong to this species.
