Bulb 1.1 mm long. Prosoma 3.7 mm long. Prosoma carmine red to dark red-brown, with round, distinct depressions. Head region flat. Sternum with round, distinct depressions. Femur spineless. Tibia IV only distally with ventral spines. Opisthosoma carmine-red to dark red-brown.
Body length male: 5-10 mmProsoma dark red-brown, 3.8 mm long. Prosoma and sternum covered with punctures. Eyes: anteriors 0.5 diameter apart. Chelicerae with 4 or 5 teeth. Legs: femur IV spineless, tibia III with 2 small spines, tibia IV with one ventral small spine, metatarsus III spineless, metatarsus IV with 2 to 4 spines.
Body length female: 5-10 mmUsually in fallow meadows, also in coniferous or deciduous forests, scree slopes, under stones and in litter. Altitude up to 1500 m.
