Histopona torpida  (C. L. Koch, 1837)

Description

Tibial apophysis bent; patellar apophysis with a pointed and a blunt branch. Epigyne covered with roundish plate. Prosoma yellowish-grey, eye region light yellow. Sternum light grey, with brightened middle part. Legs yellow-grey, distal segments darker. Opisthosoma bright yellow-brown to reddish brown, dorsally with fine black or brown stripes and spots.

Body length male: 4.5-6.5 mm
Body length female: 5.8-7.2 mm
Additional information

Frequent under stones and between tree roots in not too damp woodland
