Tibellus maritimus (Menge, 1875)
Description
Embolus thick, basally with transverse folds. Epigyne with median part longer than wide. Prosoma light yellow, with broad, dark median stripe, laterally with longitudinal row of dark spots, males normally more intensely patterned and darker than females. Legs yellowish, sometimes with fine darker spots. Opisthosoma light yellow, sometimes reddish, dorsally with brown median stripes, laterally with longitudinal row of dark spots.
Body length male: 5.5-6.5 mmBody length female: 6.5-12.5 mm
Additional information
On grass in both humid and dry, but sunny places
