Bathyphantes nigrinus (Westring, 1851)
Description
Male palp with rectangularly bent tip of tegular apophysis. Paracymbium with outer margin appearing angular. Epigyne with narrow and long scapus, epigynal groove longer than wide. Prosoma reddish brown, with darkened margins. Sternum almost black. Chelicerae red-brown, anterior cheliceral furrow margin with 3, posterior with 5 denticles. Legs yellow-brown. Opisthosoma dark grey, dorsally and laterally mostly with bright pattern, sometimes dorsally bright without pattern.

in very damp and shadowed places, mostly in bog forests
